In Shanghai we visited Yu Gardens, a lovely garden built by a wealthy merchant for his parents. We also went to an area called the Bund where the river bisects the old and new cities. This area is spectacular at night with more electric signs than Las Vegas. We visited a museum but we never got past the floor containing ceramics. At the end of the day we were treated to a beautiful show presented by the Acrobats of China. A school in Shanghai trains performers beginning at about age five. The music and choreography was spectacular. Troops of these talented people present shows all over the world. A troop performs in Branson MO.

Finally our adventure was at an end. Our Tour Manager escorted us to the airport at Shanghai and delivered us as far as he was allowed to go to help us on our way. It was truly a trip that will live forever in our memories.
